Raymond A. Walsh has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate, having worked as a Leasing Specialist for many ground-up Publix centers. Ray specializes in tenant representation and site selection for national and regional restaurants and retail clients throughout the State of Florida including The UPS Store, Dunkin Donuts and Subway. Ray has a focus on restaurant and hospitality services assisting several restaurants roll out their expansion plans and also participates in the investment sales arena. Ray is a licensed real Estate Broker and a member of ICSC. He has a Master’s Degree from Springfield College. In his spare time he likes to bike, swim and work on his golf game.
